Sneak Peeks on the All-New 2011 Kia Sorento…

Kia has officially released photos and info about the changes to the 2011 Kia Sorento. The 2011 Sorento will offer the choice of two engines, a 172-hp 2.4L 4-cylinder or a 273-hp 3.5L V6.

Both engines are mated to a six-speed automatic transmission with all-wheel-drive being optional.The Sorento will be the first vehicle to be built at Kia’s new manufacturing facility in West Point, Georgia. It will hit Bill Dodge’s showrooms in January 2010.

With a streamlined and attractive look, the new Sorento represents a modern SUV that is just the right size for today’s consumer.

Built using a unibody design with the ability to comfortably fit up to seven passengers, Sorento has an overall length of 184.4 inches and overall width of 74.2 inches, and is longer and roomier than the previous-generation Sorento.
